Naomi Ifhar, Managing Director at Forte’-Talent Acquisition, a NY based recruiting and executive search firm, will guide job seekers through essential tips and techniques for successful job seeker interviewing. Throughout her career Naomi interviewed and prepared for interviews hundreds of candidates and will discuss both the recruiter and employer perspective of the interview.

Naomi Ifhar

Naomi is an experienced human resources professional. For over 20 years Naomi had served in VP positions of HR, recruitment, training and organization development for medium and large companies. Throughout her career, Naomi was responsible for all HR aspects, from recruitment to retirement, including establishment of HR systems, contracts, compensations, training and benefit plans.

Naomi holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology & Labor studies (Magna cum laude) and Master Degree (M.A) in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University. She is certified in HR management from NYU and is qualified as an Organization Development Consultant. Naomi is fluent in English, Hebrew and Spanish.

For the past three years Naomi has been the co-Managing Director of Forte’-Talent Acquisition, an executive search and recruiting firm specializing in working with Israeli companies operating in the U.S.
